INTERVENANT EN MISE EN FORME PHYSIQUE (JYC.08) AEC

Le programme vise à former des intervenants qui feront la promotion de l’activité physique et de la santé, qui seront en mesure de servir une clientèle diversifiée, de procéder à la collecte d’information, de mettre sur pied un programme de mise en forme qui tient compte de la capacité physique du client, d’implanter et de diriger des activités de mise en forme, de participer à l’implantation de systèmes de suivis sur la clientèle.

De plus, le programme vise à préparer des diplômés à accomplir les tâches et les activités liées à la profession avec des niveaux de performance reconnus, à promouvoir l’intégration des professionnels, à encourager la formation continue et l’approfondissement des connaissances, à participer à la mobilité professionnelle par le biais d’outils de gestion de carrière.

  • Introduction to the Profession

  • Functional Anatomy

    Anatomy, as an indispensable component of a personal training curriculum, aims to provide the basis of the trainer’s knowledge. This course provides instruction and skills needed for locating bones and muscles of the human body.

  • Elements of Applied Physiology
